In-Stock items are in our global warehouse and will be sent in 24-48 hours. Made-To-Order items are manufactured by us from start to finish and generally dispatch in 3-5 days.
Free shipping items are delivered by your local postal service. In the US this is USPS, in Canada, Canadian Post, and in the UK, Royal Mail.
Street or PO Boxes are accepted. Adding a phone number to your order is recommended to ensure the fastest possible delivery, but not required.
