Most online stores ship generic, pre-made stock. We don't. Every OCG item is made to order — built specifically for you after you place your order. That means:

• Higher quality control — each item goes through production checks before dispatch
• No overproduction — we only make what's needed, reducing waste

The wait is worth it. You're not waiting for a warehouse pull — you're waiting for your gear to be made.

Standard shipping takes 6–12 business days from dispatch. Express shipping typically arrives within 2–6 business days in most markets.

These timeframes begin after dispatch — please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Customs and import duties depend on your country's regulations and are outside our control. Here's what you should know:

• Orders to the EU, UK, and USA are generally processed without additional customs charges in most cases
• Some countries may apply import duties based on the declared product value
• Any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient

Items from the same order may occasionally ship in separate packages due to availability, customization requirements, or packaging needs. There is no additional cost — packages may simply arrive at different times.

Changes (size, quantity, customization) and cancellations are possible as long as your order has not yet been fulfilled. You must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once packaging has begun, the order can no longer be edited or cancelled.

Semi-custom: Modifications to an existing OCG design — colour changes, adding your team or club logo, using full-sublimation printing to lock your branding permanently into the fabric.

Full-custom: A completely new design from scratch, based on your ideas and inspiration. Produced using full-sublimation heat transfer printing with never-fade Italian ink.
