Shipping times will be affected by public holidays, natural disasters, global pandemics and border closures around the world; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control.
We aim to process express-dispatch items within 24 hours, and made-to-order items within 72 hours (barring holidays and Sunday's) at which point shipping time estimates begin.
Free gift promotions may fall outside of these delivery times and will usually ship separately to the main order.

In-Stock items are in our global warehouse and will be sent in 24-48 hours. Made-To-Order items are manufactured by us from start to finish and generally dispatch in 3-5 days.
Free shipping items are delivered by your local postal service. In the US this is USPS, in Canada, Canadian Post, and in the UK, Royal Mail.
Street or PO Boxes are accepted. Adding a phone number to your order is recommended to ensure the fastest possible delivery, but not required.
