These Two Stripe mid-length cycling socks are a plain black nylon and elastane knit with one pale gray stripe and one pink stripe around the cuff.

Fit: Unisex one size with a stretch fit for feet 8.9 to 10.6 in long.

Fabric: 100% Nylon, Elastane.

Details: A mid-length cuff rises 6.3 in from the heel and covers the ankle. The black base leaves the two cuff stripes as the only accent. Wear them on the bike or around town.

  • Dry feet: Nylon moves sweat away and dries fast, so your feet stay dry on long rides and hot days.
  • Snug fit: Elastane keeps the sock close around the arch and the leg, so it does not slip or bunch inside your shoes.
  • Built to last: Nylon stands up to constant rubbing against stiff cycling shoes, so the heel and toe hold up season after season.

Care: Gentle wash at 30°C (86°F). Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

Sizing: One size for feet 8.9 to 10.6 in long, about US women's 6 to 10.5, US men's 4 to 9 and EU 36 to 42. Measure your foot from heel to longest toe.

  • Foot length: 8.3 in relaxed, fits feet 8.9 to 10.6 in
  • Leg height: 6.3 in
  • Leg width: 3.3 in
  • Circumference: 10.2 in relaxed, fits 8.7 to 13.4 in

FAQ:

Q: Will these socks fit my foot?
A: They fit feet 8.9 to 10.6 in long, which is about US women's 6 to 10.5, US men's 4 to 9 and EU 36 to 42. Measure from your heel to your longest toe to check.

Q: How tall are the cuffs?
A: The cuff rises 6.3 in from the heel, high enough to cover the ankle. Leg width across the top is 3.3 in.

Q: Why nylon and elastane instead of cotton?
A: Cotton holds sweat, gets heavy and causes friction inside cycling shoes. Nylon dries fast and resists wear, and elastane keeps the fit snug so the sock does not bunch.

Q: Can I wear them off the bike?
A: Yes. The black base and the two cuff stripes sit well with everyday shoes as well as cycling shoes.

Care Information

Online Cycling Gear products have been developed to serve cyclists of all ability levels with materials to help maximize the comfort on the bike all year round.

OCG gear is durable but not invulnerable, so please take note of the care instructions when washing your gear to maximize the use you get out of your purchase.

Washing Instructions

Washing instruction icons are printed on the inside of the collar of all OCG jerseys. Following these instructions will maximize the life of your OCG gear.

  1. Close all zips and fasteners and turn the garment inside out to avoid fasteners rubbing on other clothing in the machine and to protect logos and prints.
  2. Hand or machine wash on a lukewarm cycle (max. 40°C / 104°F)
  3. If possible, wash your cycling gear separately to avoid rubbing on abrasive clothing such as denim.
  4. Use a small amount of liquid detergent and avoid powder detergents or any products that contain fabric softeners, stain removers or bleach as they may affect garment performance.
  5. Hang dry on a hanger or dry flat outdoors to prolong the life of the fabrics and chamois. Avoid tumble drying if possible. Do not iron.

Other Tips

  • The last thing you want to do after a long ride is head straight to the laundry, but you can still prevent bacteria from forming on your gear if you hang them on a laundry rack. This allows them to dry completely and air out for your next ride. If your cycling clothes are dirty, rinse them in cold water before airing them out to prevent stains from setting.
  • Place your cycling gear inside a delicates laundry bag or lingerie bag to prevent straps wrapping around other clothing or the machine spindle.
  • If you hand-wash your garments, remove excess water by placing one article of clothing inside a towel at a time and wringing the water out. This helps your clothing dry faster once you place it outside.
